Actually being somewhere where even training combat was at least dangerous even if he doesn%27t go into open deadly combat would probably be a relief over being Superman in the other 9 worlds.

Ergo%2C once he became Cephiro%27s pillar%2C the whole of the 10th world was brought under the oath as well.

And%2C as I remember the story%2C nothing and no-one on Cephiro had promised never to harm him.
