It commemorates one of the most widely witnessed of the original %22kanmusu incidents%22%2C in which the spirit of the battleship %5Bi%5DKong%C5%8D%5B%2Fi%5D manifested on the vessel%27s foredeck at the height of the struggle for that particular approach to Rainbow Bay and appeared to repulse a svartelven strike fleet as much with sheer force of personality as with firepower.
