A lot of the interior wallpapers do %5Bi%5Dhave%5B%2Fi%5D windows%2C but they%27re fairly small and you can%27t see anything out of them.  They%27re basically just lights.  There are a handful of wallpapers that do have a simulated %22outside view%22 through larger windows%2C but they%27re predefined as part of the texture.  Anyway%2C it%27s a console game%2C so beyond the fairly primitive paint tool provided for creating simple custom signs and clothing designs%2C there%27s no provision for allowing users to insert their own textures into the game world%2C which is what you would need to create a customized view out of a window.%0D%0A%0D%0A--G.%0D%0A-%3E%3C-%0D%0ABenjamin D.
